摘要
近海淤泥质软土地基具有遇扰动易流变、易触变的特点,本文针对上海某倾斜超限排架厂房提出加固地基免纠偏方案,并给出加固设计方法及关键构造。该方案采用树根桩加固地基,防止施工及后续使用年限排架柱因淤泥层扰动、堆载引起的倾斜加剧,避免了整体纠偏的不利影响。针对排架柱改造前后的实际使用状况计算分析,本文方法可减少加固工程量,降低造价,通过系统加固全面提升结构的整体抗震性能。
Coastal soft soil foundations have the characteristic of flowing deformation easily and contacting deformation easily when disturbanced.Based on the scheme of strengthening the foundations of a tilt transfinited bent plant in Shanghai,design methods and key constructions are proposed.The increasing tilt by disturbing silt layer and preloading in subsequent years could be prevented by the foundation reinforment of root pile,adverse effects of the overall correction are avoided.The amounts of reinforcement works and costs are reduced efficiently after the reinforcement of bent column.The seismic performance of the overall structure is improved by reinforcing systematically.
