摘要
在餐饮服务环节,使用食品添加剂越来越广泛。食品添加剂在给消费者带来方便和美味的同时,一些滥用食品添加剂的行为却对消费者的身体健康造成严重威胁,成为重大食品安全隐患。本文针对现阶段餐饮服务环节使用食品添加剂存在的主要问题,从监督管理一线的角度探悉切实可行的监管对策。
Food additives were widely used in food and beverage service.With its convenience and tasty,the abuse of food additives posed great threat to people's health and had been the great hidden danger for food safety.The paper pointed out the main problems in the use of food additives in food and beverage service stage at present stage and proposed the feasible inspection and management strategy in the view of supervisors in the first line.
