摘要
对松茸发酵液中胞外多糖的提取工艺进行研究,考察乙醇终浓度、pH值、醇沉时间对松茸胞外多糖提取量的影响。在单因素试验的基础上,进行了正交优化试验,得到松茸胞外多糖的最佳提取工艺条件为:乙醇终浓度为60%、pH值为8、醇沉时间为9h,在此条件下松茸胞外多糖提取量为0.412g/L。
The extraction process of extracellular polysaccharide in the Tricholoma matsutake broth was studied, and the effects of final ethanol concentration, pH, and alcohol precipitation time on the extraction of extracellular polysaccharide in Tricholoma Matsutake were also studied. Based on the single-factor tests, orthogonal tests were performed, and results showed that the best conditions of extracellular polysaccharide extraction were that final ethanol concentration 60% , pH 8, and alcohol precipitation time 9h respectively. Under these condi- tions, the production of extraeellular polysaccharides was 0. 412g / L.
