珠海建设低碳城市的对策选择

Policy Options in Zhuhai's Low Carbon Urbanization

虽然珠海市有着得天独厚的生态环境和宏观政策支持等优势,但是在建设低碳城市的思想认识、经济规划、保障体系方面仍存在着亟待解决的问题。本文基于SWOT方法对珠海建设低碳城市进行了全面分析,并结合珠海城市未来发展和规划,针对低碳产业发展、交通碳排放、建筑碳排放、新能源开发利用、公众参与和增加碳汇等几个重要领域进行综合分析,提出了建设低碳城市的合理化建议与对策。

The paper analyzes the strengths, weaknesses, opportunities and threatens of developing a low-carbon city of Zhuhai based on the SWOT method. Definitely, there are some excellent advantages in the process, such as the ecology environment and the policy, etc. Nevertheless, we shouldn＇ t be blind to the facts that the people＇ mind, the economic planning and security system are urgent to be further improved. According to the city development and planning in Zhuhai, the paper carries out several suggestions and countermeasures about how to promote a Low-carbon city, which include the development of low-carbon industry, the carbon emission of transportation and architecture, the exploitation of new energy, public participation and carbon sinks.
