城乡基本公共服务均等化研究述评

A Review of Literature on Equal Basic Public Service between Urban and Rural Areas

城乡基本公共服务均等化是我国基本公共服务均等化的重要内容之一。国内学者围绕城乡基本公共服务的内涵和范围、城乡基本公共服务均等化的内涵和标准、非均等化的成因及对策进行了广泛深入的研究,取得了不少成果,但仍存在一定的局限性。本文梳理了制度的研究视角和治理的研究视角,并在此基础上提出未来城乡基本公共服务均等化研究的对策建议。

Equalization of basic service in urban and rural areas is one of the most important aspect of equalization of basic service. The research that has been done on definition and scope of the basic service in urban and rural areas, the definition and criteria of the equalization of basic service in urban and rural areas, the causes and measures of non-equalization can be clarfied into two angles, but both have defects. The research on instuitons should give more concerns to the comprehensive knowledge of instutions. On the other hand, the research on governance should explain how to construct the legitimacy of multisubject.
