星点设计-效应面优化法优化阿司匹林肠溶片的包衣工艺

摘要 目的:采用星点设计-效应面优化法优化传统包衣锅制备阿司匹林肠溶片包衣工艺,提高其包衣效率。方法:通过筛选雾化压力、蠕动泵转速及枪-床距离3个工艺参数确定各因素水平,安排实验,结果以包衣效率为指标考察。结果:优化后的包衣工艺可有效的进行包衣。结论:星点设计-效应面优化法可利用最少的实验次数得到优化后的包衣工艺。 Objective: By using the mothod of central composite design and response surface method the optimum technical conditions which used to coat Asprin can be selected.Method: The atomization pressure,peristahic pump speed and the distance between spray gun and the bottom of pan were selected to determine the level of experimental arrangement and coating efficiency was used as an indicator study; Results: The optimum technical conditions can be used effective to coat the tabets; Conclusion: Least experiment times were used to find the optimum technics by central composite design and response surface method.
