Sweden′s Experiences in Promoting Innovation Capacity of Universities

瑞典在创新方面的优异表现提升了国家的竞争力,并引起世人的关注。其中一个重要原因是大学在其国家创新系统中所起到的知识基础作用。瑞典在继承传统的技术政策与产业政策对大学研究活动重视的基础上,进一步利用创新政策为大学创新营造良好的外部环境。同时,瑞典通过机构改革和制度创新等手段提升大学的创新能力。

In recent years,the excellent performance of Sweden′s innovation has aroused widely public concern.One principal reason is that universities have played a role of knowledge foundation in the national innovation system.On the basis of traditional technology policy and industry policy which attach great importance to universities research activities,the Sweden government also uses innovation policy to build a healthy external environment for university innovation.Meanwhile,such measures as organizational reform and institutional innovation are also adopted for promoting the innovation capacity of Sweden′s universities.
