摘要
在陆地矿产资源日渐枯竭与工业需求不断增长的矛盾下,深海矿物的开采已是势在必行。深海采矿扬矿管有区别于石油平台立管的特殊之处,由于处于悬垂状态而具有高自由度,因此其水平运动响应值得关注。采用有限元软件Abaqus的Aqua模块对其进行有限元模拟,通过建模计算,得到扬矿管在作业状态与不同拖航速度下的水平偏移与弯矩分布情况,得到了一些具有参考价值的结论。
With the conflict between the increasing exhaustion of mineral resources on land and the growing industrial demands,it is imperative to pursue deep-sea mining operation.Compared with petroleum platform risers,the deep-sea mining riser is characterized by high degree of freedom due to its overhanging situation,therefore it is necessary to attach importance to its lateral motion response.Finite element simulation of a deep-sea mining riser was conducted with Abaqus/Aqua.After calculation,horizontal displacements and bending moment distributions of the riser in operation at different towing speeds were obtained,as well as some conclusions with reference value were achieved also.
