基于ANSYS磨料水射流机床悬臂梁刚度的有限元分析

摘要 目前二维半磨料水射流机床大多采用悬臂梁结构。悬臂梁是磨料水射流切割头及其附件的重要承载部件,其刚度直接影响机床的加工精度。针对磨料水射流机床的悬臂梁进行了三维建模,并基于ANSYS对其进行了模态和频率响应分析。分析的结果为磨料水射流机床的减振、防振提供了理论依据。 The cantilever structure was used in most abrasive water jet machine tools.The cantilever is an important component supporting the abrasive water jet cutting head as well as other accessories.Its rigidity directly affects the machining accuracy.A 3D model of the cantilever of the abrasive water jet machine tool was established,and modal analysis and frequency response analysis were carried out based on ANSYS.The analysis results offered theoretical references for vibration reduction and prevention of the abrasive water jet machine tool.
