14个物种RPSA基因编码区生物信息学分析 被引量:5

摘要 采用生物信息学方法比较分析了大熊猫、牛、家犬、马、原鸡、人、猕猴、小家鼠、兔、绵羊、黑猩猩、毛猩猩、褐家鼠和野猪RPSA基因编码区(CDS)的遗传多样性,并对该基因编码的氨基酸序列、蛋白质二级结构和结构功能域进行预测和分析。结果表明,在来自14个物种的84条基因序列中检测到338个多态位点,共发现42种单倍型,物种间及物种内RPSA基因编码区存在较丰富的遗传多样性。RPSA基因编码蛋白质等电点均低于6,呈酸性;蛋白质二级结构的主要结构元件是α-螺旋和无规则卷曲,有一个保守结构域。 The genetic diversity of coding regions of RPSA gene among 14 species including Ailuropoda melanoleuca,Bos taurus,Canis familiaris,Equus caballus,Gallus gallus,Homo sapiens,Macaca radiata,Mus musculus,Oryctolagus cuniculus,Ovis aries,Pan troglodytes,Pongo abelii,Rattus norregicus and Sus scrofa was analyzed using the method of bioinformatics.The sequence of amino acids coded by the gene,protein secondary structure and structural function domain were also forecasted and analyzed.The results showed that a total of 338 polymorphic sites were detected from 84 sequences of the 14 species,from which 42 hapolotypes were sorted;And the genetic diversity of the CDS of RPSA gene was high within and among species.Isoelectric of all the RPSA proteins was below 6,and was acidic.The main motifs of presumed secondary structure of RPSA were al-pha helix and random coil.And a conservative structure domain was detected.
