科研人员参与“三农”信息服务意愿的影响因素分析——以四川省统筹城乡信息化建设为例

Analysis on Factors Influencing the Researchers' Willingness to Participate in the Information Services of 'Three-dimensional Rural Issues'——Based on the Construction of Balancing Urban and Rural Development

通过对四川农业高校及科研院所科研人员抽样调查,分析个人特征因素及科研特征因素对科研人员参与四川省统筹城乡信息服务平台服务"三农"热线意愿的影响。分析结果表明,农业科研人员的技术职称、工作年限、与农民进行直接交流的频繁程度、科研项目类别及科研是否获奖等因素显著影响着农业科研人员参与热线平台的意愿。

According to a sample investigation on the scientific research personnel extracted from some Sichuan agricultural universities and relative research institutes,the impact of personal and researched characteristic features on the will of scientific research personnel participating in the ＇Three-dimensional Rural Issues＇ hotline service on the information service platform was analyzed.The results showed that the will of scientific research personnel participating in the hotline platform was significantly affected by the agricultural scientific research personnel＇s technical titles,working experience,the frequency of direct communication with farmers,research projects and whether get rewarded and other factors.
