Survey and Comparative Analysis of the Present Situation of Employment Services of Academic Library in China and American

以中美大学生就业现状调查为基础,比较分析中美高校图书馆在大学生就业指导、求职途径、择业意向、就业模式等方面服务的差异,介绍了美国为应对金融危机在促进大学生就业方面所制定的有关政策及实施成效,以期对我国高校图书馆开展就业服务有所启示。

Based on Sino -US graduate employment survey, this paper analyzes the differentiation of the employment services of academic library in China and American , and discusses the relevant policies and innovative practices to promote the employment of university students in American and the experience of innovative practice in American academic library and the enlight-enment to employment services of academic library in China.
