招商引资与经济增长的关系研究——基于青海省十多年来招商引资数据的实证分析

招商引资在促进经济发展的过程中起到了举足轻重的作用。本文首先在深入分析青海省情的基础上,认为招商引资具有优越的客观条件和良好的宏观、中观及微观环境。其次运用协整理论,结合西部大开发以来青海省实际招商引资的经验数据,研究了招商引资与经济增长的协整关系。结果表明,招商引资到位资金每增长1个百分点,对青海经济增长会起到1.02%拉动作用,且近年来招商成效有加速势头,预测显示:2015年招商引资到位资金将达到484亿元左右。最后提出了进一步做好招商引资工作、服务好当地经济发展的政策建议。

Inviting merchants and attracting investment have played decisive ro le in promoting economic development.Based on the in-depth analysis on the pro vincial conditions of Qinghai Province,this paper believed that Qinghai provinc e has superior objective conditions and favorable macro,medium and micro enviro nments.And then,the paper applied the co-integration theory,coupled with the empirical data about the actual inviting merchants and attracting investment in Qinghai province since the leap development of the west regions,to study the c 0-integration relationship between inviting merchants and attracting investment and economic growth.The results indicates that every 1 percent increase in ter m of paid-in capital has 1.02 percent pull effect on Qinghai＇s economic growth,and the performance of inviting merchants and attracting investment has got mo mentum in recent years.The prediction implies that the paid-in capital of invi ting merchants and attracting investment in 2015 will reach about 48.4 billion R EM.At last,the paper proposed the recommendations for further completing work related to inviting merchants and attracting investment and better serve local e conomic development.
