摘要
利用信息手段开展企业培训已成为竞争社会企业发展的首选,但企业培训和知识管理的断层导致现代企业在人才培养上的落后。本文从知识管理的视角,探讨信息时代企业培训应该如何与知识管理进行深层次整合,如何改善企业培训中所亟待解决的实际问题,从而有效地提升培训质量,提高员工绩效水平,进而提高企业的核心竞争力。
Carrying out enterprise training with information means has become t he top priori of enterprises in competition society,but the gap between enterpr ise training and knowledge management has led to the backwardness in personnel t raining in modern enterprises.From the perspective of knowledge management,thi s article conducted exploration about how to conduct deep integration between en terprise training and knowledge management in information era,and how to improv e practical urgent problems in enterprise training so as to effectively promote training quality,and lift up employees'performance and then increase enterpris es'core competitiveness.
