工程项目信息化管理探讨

综述了工程项目管理信息化的特点及其发展趋势,即基于大型计算机的集中式项目管理信息系统、基于个人计算机桌面的项目管理信息系统和基于项目信息门户PIP的项目管理信息系统三个重要阶段,同时对当前工程项目管理的信息化现状进行分析,并提出一些解决途径和建议。
