摘要
组织智商是企业能力的智慧源泉,是建立核心能力的组织保障,是企业获得竞争优势的组织基础,是企业拥有和维持战略竞争力的组织前提。在信息化时代培育组织智商有三条路径:第一条路径是基于互联网的知识管理;第二条路径是基于科学发展的学习型组织构建;第三条路径是基于科学发展的创新管理。知识管理是信息管理的延伸和发展,由信息产生知识,再利用知识获得增进组织智商。在组织内部需要构建科学发展模式,并基于此构造学习型组织,获得组织智商的提升。
The organization intelligence quotient is the enterprise ability wis dom fountainhead,the organization safeguard to establish the core competencies, the organization foundation to obtain competitive advantage,and organization p remise to posses and keep strategic competitiveness.There are three routes of f ostering organizational intelligence quotient in informationization era: firstly,it is knowledge management based on internet,secondly,it is learning-type o rganization building based on scientific development,and thirdly,it is innovat ion management based on scientific development.Knowledge management is the exte nsion and development of informationization management,which means that informa tion produces knowledge,and than obtained knowledge enhances organizational int elligence quotient,and it is necessary to build the model of scientific develop ment within the organization,and thus build learning-type organization to the increase of organizational intelligence quotient
