摘要
从胜任力的内涵、特征描述和高绩效核心胜任力的形成入手,论述并证明胜任力内涵与人力资源绩效的关系。在胜任力模型构建中强调建模意义的重要性,提出模型绩效结构性要求和建构方法,并对冰山模型进行特性描述。人力资源绩效管理体系的构建内容,包括承诺对绩效目标的设定;构建体系组织核心胜任力;对资源绩效管理体系的监控与评估等。胜任力的主导思想是加强模型构建和体系构建,以提高人力资源绩效管理。
Based on the competency connotation,competency characteristics desc ription,and high effective core competence formation,this papers elaborated an d proved the relationship between competency connotation and human resource perf ormance.The paper emphasized the importance of modeling meaning in building com petency model,and presented the requirement of model performance structure,and described iceberg model.The contents of human resource performance management system building include the promise to set up the performance goals,building or ganization core competence,and supersizing and controlling and assessing the sy stem of resource performance management.The dominant thoughts of competence are to strengthen model building and system building to improve human resource perf ormance management.
