摘要
由于大豆蛋白木材胶粘剂适合各种微生物生长,故以百菌清、羟甲基甘氨酸钠、BIT和MB29作为抑菌剂,通过比较分子构象及抗菌实效考察了不同抑菌剂对含菌大豆蛋白胶粘剂抑菌效果的影响。结果表明:不同抑菌剂的综合抑菌效果依次为MB29>羟甲基甘氨酸钠>百菌清>BIT;当w(MB29)≥0.19%时,其对各种微生物的抑菌效果相对最好,即枯草芽孢杆菌和黑曲霉的出菌期由2 d延长至3 d,酵母菌和青霉菌的出菌期由2 d延长至6 d。
Some compounds such as chlorothalonil, hydroxymethyl glycine sodium, BIT and MB29 were used as bacteriostats because the soy protein adhesive for wood was propitious to microbe growth. The influences of different bacteriostats, ,which were used for soy protein adhesive with microbe, were investigated on antimicrobial effect by comparing molecular conformation and antimicrobial effectiveness. The results showed that the antimicrobial effects of different bacteriostats were MB29 〉 hydroxymethyl glycine sodium〉 chlorothalonil 〉 BIT. The MB29 had reversely optimal antimicrobial effects for various microbes because the microbe emergence time of bacillus subtilis and aspergillus were increased from 2 d to 3 d, and the microbe emergence time of yeast and penicillium were increased from 2 d to 6 d when mass fraction of MB29 was more 0.19%.
