不同脑电熵指数水平下靶控输注麻醉诱导对老年患者血流动力学稳定性的影响 被引量:4

摘要 目的:观察老年患者麻醉诱导时合适的脑电熵指数水平和效应部位丙泊酚靶控浓度。方法:60名择期手术的老年患者随机分为A组(SE55组)和B组(SE45组)。在脑电熵监测下对两组患者实施靶控输注丙泊酚进行诱导,待A组和B组患者SE值分别降至55和45后,实施气管插管。记录SE值达到目标值时效应部位丙泊酚靶控浓度和麻醉诱导过程中的血流动力学参数。结果:B组患者麻醉诱导后和气管插管前的收缩压、舒张压和平均动脉压明显低于A组(P<0.05)。B组患者麻醉诱导中低血压发生率明显高于A组(P<0.05)。A组患者效应部位丙泊酚靶控浓度明显低于B组(P<0.05)。结论:老年患者实施麻醉诱导时将脑电熵SE目标值设定于55有利于维持血流动力学稳定性。老年患者麻醉诱导的满意效应部位丙泊酚靶控浓度为(3.1±0.8)μg/mL。
