神经型钙黏附蛋白与肿瘤关系的研究进展 被引量：1

摘要 钙黏附分子超家族包括经典型钙黏附分子和非经典型钙黏附分子．经典型钙黏附分子主要包括上皮型钙黏附蛋白（E．cadherin）和神经型钙黏附蛋白（N—cadherin）。E-cadherin主要表达在人类各种上皮组织中，在细胞的形态发生和维持上皮完整性及肿瘤细胞间紧密接触等方面起着重要作用。
