摘要
分别给予含醋酸铅0,0.1,0.3,0.9,2.7,8.1 g/kg的饲料喂养昆明小鼠连续8周。用补体致敏酵母多糖血凝法测定经8周不同剂量铅暴露后,小鼠的红细胞免疫功能变化情况。结果显示,各剂量铅暴露组小鼠与对照组小鼠相比,其红细胞免疫功能均有所降低,尤以饲料中铅含量的增加最为显著。提示,长期低铅染毒可损伤小鼠的红细胞免疫功能。
Mice were fed on diets with Lead acetat(PbAc2) at doses of 0,0.1,0.3 ,0.9,2.7 and 8 .1 g/kg for 8 weeks.The effects of Long-term Low Lead exposure on red blood cell immune adherence (RCIA) function in mice were analysed by red cell agglutination test with complement sensitized yeast. The reaults showed that positive liter yeast haemagglutination (YHA) had difference between the experimental group and control group ( P < 0, 05 ) , the RCIA function in mice decreased in the experimental groups,It suggested that Long-term Lead exposure would exert influence on RCIA in mice.
