摘要
对甲基硅油、乙基硅油、甲基苯基硅油与长链烷基改性硅油4种合成油的理化性质进行分析,将其制备成复合锂基润滑脂并对微观结构进行表征。结果表明:4种硅油都能够用于复合锂基润滑脂的合成,乙基硅油的理化性能最优;通过FTIR与SEM判断造成不同产品性能差异的主要因素是基础油分子侧链的空间位阻限制了皂纤维三维网状结构的形成。
Complex lithium greases were synthesized by dimethyl siloxane, alkyl modified siloxane, phenylmethyl siloxane and ethyl siloxane, and their microscopic properties were analyzed by TG, IR and SEM characterization. Four kinds of base oil can be applied for grease synthesis, and ethyl siloxane is the best among them according to property result. From the molecular structure and SEM analysis, the main factors which cause grease property difference lie in the side chain steric effect, and the base oil with appropriate molecular size is more suitable for grease synthesis.
