高校图书馆学科馆员分层服务模型研究

Research on the Layering Service Model of Subject Librarian in the University Libraries

本文针对国内学科馆员制度在实践中存在的各种问题,提出应根据高校所属类型,分高、中、低三个层次服务的模型,并指出执行该模型应遵循的原则,即:量力而行原则、实事求是原则和发展创新原则。

According to the problems in the practice of subject librarian system in China, this paper puts forward that the library should use a high, medium and low-level service model according to university＇s type. The implementation of the model should follow the principles： doing according to the fact, seeking truth from facts, developing and innovating.
