亚甲蓝对精子运动及质膜完整性的影响

摘要 体外研究发现亚甲蓝（methyleneblue，MB）会抑制人精子的活力。为进一步研究MB对精子的毒性作用，我们通过低剂量MB与人精子共孵育2h的体外实验以及高剂量MB连续灌服大鼠14d的在体实验，观察MB对精子生成、精子活力以及精子质膜完整性的影响。
