肝脏神经内分泌癌MSCT及MRI的影像表现

MSCT manifestation and MRI imaging of neuroendocrine carcinoma of the liver

目的探讨原发性肝脏神经内分泌癌的MSCT及MRI影像学表现。方法回顾性分析2005年10月至2010年10月经手术病理证实的8例肝脏神经内分泌癌患者资料,分析其影像学表现特征。结果 8例肿瘤中,多发2例,表现为2个或2个以上病变,其余6例均为单发。MSCT检查7例患者中病灶平扫呈边界清楚低密度,4例动态增强动脉期病灶多呈厚壁及边缘斑块状强化,静脉期病变实性成分持续强化,在厚壁外可见完整的纤维包膜,病灶中心呈低密度液化坏死区,1例行MRI检查,表现与3例CT基本一致。结论 MSCT及MRI基本能反应肝脏类癌的影像特点,具有特征性。

Objective To investigate the MSCT manifestation and MRI imaging of primary hepatic neuroendocrine carcinoma of the liver.Methods A retrospective analysis was performed on 8 patients with neuroendocrine carcinoma of the liver proved pathologically from Oct.2007 to Oct.2010.The imaging features were analyzed.Results Of the 8 cases,2 cases showed 2 or more than 2 lesions,and the remaining 6 cases showed single lesion.Seven patients were detected by MSCT,showing a lesion with clear boundary density,and 4 dynamic arterial phase,which mostly showed thick-walled enhancement on the edge of the plaque lesions.The venous component of the disease continue to strengthen the solid,visible outside the thick fiber integrity coated,low-density lesion center showed liquefaction necrosis.One case was detected by routine MRI,showing features consistent with CT performance.Conclusion MSCT and MRI images can reflect the characteristics of hepatic carcinoid tumor basically.
