摘要
在集成电路设计中,芯片的安全性和可靠性受到了越来越多的关注和重视。实现了DW8051单片机平台上MPU即存储保护单元IP的设计与验证,采用分区权限保护的思想,可配置不同分区之间相互的读、写及执行权限,旨在为系统提供存储保护的硬件支持,为系统的存储空间提供了访问权限保护,增强了芯片的安全性。可以应用于智能IC卡、USB KEY等对存储保护有需求的嵌入式系统的芯片中。
In integrated circuit design,the security and stability of a chip draw more and more concern.The design and verification of the MPU which stands for memory protection unit,IP on the DW8051 single chip microcomputer has been implemented.The protection of access right of different region approach is used,with configurable mutual read write and execute rights of different region.System using this IP gets hardware support for the memory access right protection which improves the security and stability of the chip.It can be used for embedded chips such as IC smart card and USB KEY.
