摘要
随着知识经济时代的到来和推进,增进员工的沟通满意度成为提高组织人力资源管理水平的重要途径。以沟通认知和沟通倾向作为调节变量构建沟通方式对沟通满意度的影响模型。在对来自黑龙江23家企业373位员工调查数据研究的基础上,采用相关分析、回归分析等统计方法对影响模型进行检验。结果显示:在组织的纵向沟通中,正式沟通和非正式沟通方式都能够对沟通满意度产生正向效应,而正式沟通方式的效果更为明显;在这种正向关系中,沟通倾向表现出比沟通认知更显著的调节作用,且非正式沟通比正式沟通方式受到的调节作用更强烈。
As the knowledge economy is approaching and promoting,the enhancement of communication satisfaction of employees has being shown important in the aspect of improving human resource management in organization level.The present study conducts model on the relationship between the communication modes of supervisor and the communication satisfaction of subordinate taking communication cognition and tendency as moderating variables,and then empirically tests the model based on the data research from 373 employees of 23 companies.The result shows that formal communication exerts more positive effect on communication satisfaction of subordinate.However,when testifying the moderating effect of communication ability of subordinate,especially communication cognition and tendency,on the above relationship,we find that compared to formal communication,informal communication of supervisor is influenced much in the aspect of correlating with communication satisfaction of subordinate.In that positive relationship,the communication tendency has more impressed effect than communication cognition.Thus,the supervisor should select appropriate communication modes during the communication process and enhance employees' communication cognition and communication tendency for increasing communication satisfaction.
