摘要
基于过程视角,运用理论推演的方法,研究高层次技术人才与企业形成的理念型心理契约对其行为的影响作用机理。研究发现,高层次技术人才与企业之间形成的理念型心理契约,会激发他们自觉主动的工作动机,相对于交易型和关系型心理契约,能产生更为积极的员工角色内行为和承担更多的组织公民行为。
Basic on process perspective,the paper researches the mechanism between ideological psychological contract and employees' performance of high-level scientific and technological person using theoretical derivation method.The study finds that comparing with transactional and relational psychological contract,ideological psychological contract can stimulate technology talented person initiative work motivation to produce more positive in-role behavior and organizational citizenship behavior.
