竞技体育伦理道德的困境及其化解——以我国运动员“年龄门”事件为例

Problem Solving with Regard to Competitive Sports Ethics——Consideration Initiated by "Age Cheats"

以近几年中国运动员屡屡被查出的年龄造假事件为例,剖析造成这一现象的原因,提出了加强和完善我国体育伦理建设的对策:一是加强社会各领域的思想道德建设和体育行为主体的职业道德教育;二是尊重个体利益,建立具有人文关怀的合乎市场经济规则的伦理道德制度;三是加大体育法制的惩治力度,加强体育伦理和法制的结合度;四是加快政府职能转换,创造良好的市场竞争环境;五是加强对体育主体的评估监督及对权力的舆论监督力度,完善体育伦理道德体系。

In recent years, the Chinese athletes have been involved in age cheats. Based on the analysis of this phenomenon, this paper put forward countermeasures to strengthen the national sports ethics. Firstly, it is needed to strengthen ideological and moral construction in all social fields and the professional ethics education in sports. Secondly, it is required to respect the individual interests and to establish the ethical system showing humanistic concern and conforming to the market economy. Thirdly, it is essential to enforce legal punishment, to improve the combination of sports ethics with the legal system. Fourthly, it is essential to speed up the governmental function transformation and to create a good market competition environment. Lastly, it is needed to reinforce the supervision and evaluation of the main body of the sports and the supervision of public opinion over power.
