摘要
采用活性炭吸附-酸析提纯了1-磺酸基环己烷羧酸。考察了活性炭用量、溶液初始pH、吸附时间以及溶液终点pH对1-磺酸基环己烷羧酸提纯工艺的影响。结果表明,在pH=6的95 g粗盐溶液中,以活性炭作为吸附剂,其添加量为1 g,吸附时间60 min,过滤,滤液滴加浓硫酸至溶液终点pH=3的条件下,提取出的1-磺酸基环己烷羧酸,质量分数达99.8%,收率达84.8%。
1-Sulfonic acid cyclohexane carboxylic acid was purified by activated carbon adsorption - acid precipitation. Effects of activated carbon dosage, solution pH, adsorption time, and final pH value on the process of purification of 1-sulfonic acid cyclohexane carboxylic acid were studied. The results show that, at pH = 6 of coarse salt solution, using activated carbon as adsorbent, with addition quantity of activated carbon being 1.0 g, the adsorption time being 60 min, dropped concentrated sulfuric acid to final pH value being 3, the mass fraction of the extracted 1-sulfonic acid cyclohexane carboxylic reached 99.8% ,and the yield reached 84. 8%.
