军队文职护理骨干护理科研现状的调查与分析

A Survey and Analysis on Status of Nursing Research for Backbone of Army Civilian Nurses

目的了解军队文职护理骨干护理科研的现状。方法 2011年4月采用自制"军队文职护理骨干护理科研现状调查表"对参加全军第3批文职护理骨干任职教育培训班的83名学员进行调查。结果所有文职护理骨干对开展护理科研活动持积极态度,但参加护理科研活动较少,文职护理骨干护理科研活动中存在的困难主要有:领导不够重视、缺乏指导者、科研方案设计困难等。结论相关部门可以从组织科研培训班、成立科研指导小组、营造学术氛围、建立奖励激励制度入手,提高文职护理骨干的护理科研能力和科研积极性。

Objective To explore the status of nursing research for the backbone of the army civilian nurses. Methods An investigation of status of nursing research for the backbone of the army civilian nurses was conducted among 83 civilian nurses in the third batch of army civilian nursing backbone of the professional education courses in April 2011. Results The backbone of the army civilian nurses raised a positive attitude towards nursing research activities but participated in less nursing research activities. The major difficulties in nursing research activities included inadequate regard from leadership, lack of mentors and difficulties in research design. Conclusion To improve the ability and positivity of nursing research, relevant departments should carry out a series of countermeasures such as organizing research training class and scientific steering group,creating academic atmosphere and establish encouragement systems.
