特高压直流换流站选相合闸控制装置现场调试技术 被引量:32

On-Site Commissioning Technology for Phase-Selection Switching on Control of UHVDC Converter Station

摘要 结合向家坝—上海±800 kV直流输电工程从选相合闸控制装置的工作原理入手,针对断路器合闸过程中的预击穿特性以及环境温度和操作电压对断路器合闸时间的影响,建立了适用于选相合闸控制器测试的典型断路器合闸时间模型,提出了选相合闸控制装置性能测试的现场调试方法,并研制了选相合闸测试仪。最后将所提调试方法应用于向上直流工程复龙换流站的现场调试中,试验结果表明该方法能及时发现并消除设备缺陷,从而验证了该调试技术的可行性和有效性。 Based on the working principle of phase-selection switching on control device for ±800 kV DC power transmission from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai and in allusion to the pre-breakdown characteristic during the switching in process of circuit breakers (CB) and the impacts of ambient temperature and control voltage on switching-in time of CB, a switching in time model for typical CB, which is suitable to the testing of phase-selection switching in controller, is built and a on-site commissioning testing method for performance testing of phase-selection switching in controller is proposed, and a phase-selection switching in tester is developed. The proposed testing method is applied to on-site commissioning testing of Fulong converter station of ±800 kV DC power transmission project from Xiangjiaba to Shanghai. Testing results show that the proposed method can find and eliminate equipment defects effectiveness of the proposed are verified. timely, thus the feasibility and commissioning testing technique
