摘要
针对铜配合物催化乙醇液相氧化羰基合成碳酸二乙酯反应,使用气相色谱(GC),分别以Proarak-Q及402有机载体为固定相,采用保留时间比对和峰高增加法对反应产物进行分析。结果显示:Proapak-Q为固定相时各组分的分离度均大于1.5。在此基础上,定性定量分析了羰基化反应的液相产物,结果表明副产物分别是甲酸乙酯、乙酸乙酯和丙酸乙酯;其平均相对标准偏差和平均相对误差分别为1.39%和1.00%,准确度能满足分析的要求。
The product from ethanol oxidative carbonylation to diethyl carbonate with Cu-based complex catalyst was analyzed by gas chromatograph(GC ) with Proapak-Q and Chromosorb-402 as the stationary phase.Comparied with high peak and retention time,it showed that each component of resolution analyzed with Proapak-Q was greater than 1.5.Based on the method the liquid product components were qualitatively and quantitatively analyzed.The results showed that by-products were ethyl formate,ethyl acetate and ethyl propionate.The mean relative deviation was 1.39%and the mean relative error was 1.00%.The accuracy satisfied the analysis requirement.
