摘要
分别用离子液体1-丁基-3-甲基咪唑四氟硼酸盐(BMIM BF_4)和三乙胺(TEA)作流动相添加剂,用高效液相色谱法分离苦参中的生物碱,并分别考察添加剂浓度对组分保留和分离效率的影响,对两种添加剂的分离效果做了比较研究,同时对分离机制做了初步探讨。结果表明:离子液体作添加剂能够使苦参中的生物碱达到完全分离,减少试样的拖尾峰,改善峰形,提高分离效率。与TEA体系相比,生物碱的保留值降低幅度较小。在相同浓度下,分离效能较高。添加量提高时,组分的保留值减小。
The chromatographic behavior of matrine-type alkaloids on a C18 column containing different concentrations of 1-butyl-3-methylimidazolium tetrafluoroborate(BMIM BF_4 ) or triethylamine(TEA) was studied by using retention factor and peak efficiency as the criteria for chromatographic efficiency. The result showed that the addition of BMIM BF_4 had superior effects on the separation of these basic compounds with reducing tailing and improving peak shape.Meanwhile,BMIM BF_4 didn't change the solute retention factors and improve chromatographic efficiency while TEA decreased on same concentration.
