煤矿安全文化评价的关键是影响因素的确立及指标体系的构建,而PSR(压力-状态-影响)模型为煤矿安全文化评价指标体系的建立提供了1种新思路。在分析各影响因素的基础上,构建1个压力、状态、响应组成的评价指标体系,从而为实现对煤矿安全文化系统多角度、全方位的度量奠定了基础。

The key of coal mine safety culture evaluation is the establishment of factors and evaluation index system.The model of PSR（Press-State-Response） provides a new way to establish the evaluation index system of coal mine safety culture.Based on analysis of various influential factors,the paper builds an evaluation index system which is composed of the index of press,state and response,and lays the foundation to realize the multiple perspectives and comprehensive measure of the coal mine safety culture system.
