两种不同方法治疗复发性腰椎间盘突出症的疗效对比

摘要 复发性腰椎间盘突出症（recurrent lumbar discprotrution,RLDP）指原手术节段和部位间盘再突出或手术节段对侧间盘突出,患者无痛间歇期﹥6个月[1],其发生率为4%~18%[2],是腰椎间盘手术后远期的重要并发症。RLDP会再度引起严重腰腿痛,常需再次手术[3,4]。对于RLDP的治疗国内外争议较多。
