精神分裂症常见中医证候临床流行病学调查的Kappa一致性检验

Kappa consistence check of investigation table of clinic epidemiology on common TCM syndromes of schizophrenia

目的:检验精神分裂症常见中医证候临床流行病学调查表的可靠性。方法:随机选择32例精神分裂症患者,分别由两位专家对同一病例同时进行调查,然后计算其中主要指标的一致系数(Kappa,K值)。结果:两组专家对精神分裂症的西医诊断的一致性最高(K=1.0);中医癫证、狂证分类和中医辨证分型也具有较高的一致性(K值分别为0.727和0.921)。结论:精神分裂症常见中医证侯,采用临床流行病学调查表,具有较好的可靠性和实用性。

Objective： To check the reliability of investigation table of clinic epidemiology on common TCM syndromes of schizophrenia.Methods ： Thirty-two schizophrenia patients were selected randomly and investigated by two experts respectively at the same time using the investigation table.The Kappa（k） values of the main indexes in the table were reckoned out.Results：The diagnosis of western medicine on schizophrenia has the highest consistence（k=1.0）.Classifiaction of TCM mania or epilepsy,Differentiations of TCM syndromes have the higher consistence（k=0.727,k=0.921）.Conclusions： The investigation table of clinic epidemiology on commonTCM syndromes of schizophrenia has better reliability and utility.
