摘要 基于太阳能电池的等效电路,建立了太阳能电池的数学模型,分析了太阳能电池的特性曲线。通过比较几种常用的最大功率点跟踪方式的优缺点,提出了一种基于恒电压(CVT)启动的变步长扰动观察法最大功率点跟踪方式。对比现有的孤岛检测技术,确定采用主动偏移式孤岛检测方法。在Matlab/Simulink下建立了太阳能电池的数学模型,最大功率点跟踪和主动频移式孤岛检测方法的仿真模型,并进行了试验研究,仿真和试验结果验证了方案的可行性和合理性。 The mathematical model of photovoltaic cell is built based on the equivalent circuit of photovoltaic cell, and the characteristic curves of photovoltaic cell are analyzed. Through comparing the advantages and weaknesses of the existing MPPT (maximum power point track) methods, an improved perturbation and observation (P&O) algorithm with constant-voltage-start and variable step size is proposed. In view of the exiting islanding detection method, the active frequency drift islanding detection is adopted. A mathematical model of the photovoltaic cell, as well as the simulation model of MPPT and active frequency drift islanding detection method is built on the platform of Matlab/Simulink, and experimental study on them are also carried out, and the simulation and experimental results show its feasibility and rationality.
