基于巴塞尔协议的我国商业银行宏观审慎监管框架的体系构建

摘要 引言 随着对防范金融危机探讨的逐步加深，宏观审慎管理也越来越受人们所重视．二十国集团（G20）、国际货币基金组织（IMF）、金融稳定理事会（FSB）等国际组织，英国、日本等国家就在国际和国家两个层面建立并实施有效的宏观审慎监管框架达成共识。
