农村社会矛盾日益呈现新的特点,主要表现为维权型事件递增、组织化程度增强、事件处理难度和社会影响增强等,其原因主要是社会利益主体分化引发农村矛盾冲突扩大、公共服务严重缺位引发群众信任危机、利益诉求机制欠缺引发群众不满情绪、基层政权薄弱导致矛盾无法及时化解等,妥善处理和解决这些问题对维护农村社会稳定具有十分重要的意义。

Rural social contradictions present new features day by day,such as the increase of the events of defending the right,the enhancement of the difficulty and social effect.Their main causes are： the differentiation of social interests expands the contradictions;the absence of public service causes the trust crisis of the masses;the lack of the mechanism of appealing results in the dissatisfaction of the masses;the power at the grassroots level is weak and they cannot timely resolve the contradictions.Properly solving the problems is of great significance in maintaining the stability of rural society.
