摘要
用细胞内注射羧基荧光素示踪法对 7个 5~ 8月龄流产人胚胎的 1 2个皮肤标本所作的表皮细胞连接通讯的测定表明 :在表皮深层 ,通讯沿胸腹段任脉线的连续性早在 6 .5月龄胚胎即已存在 ,而沿股内侧段肝经线的通讯连续性则在约 1个月后才建立 ,此时其侧向旁开部位尚不能测到这种通讯的空间连续性。这些结果提示 :人体表皮细胞连接通讯与经络的形成密切相关 ,在胚胎期已经确立 ,胚胎皮肤是研究这种相关进而探索经络本质的理想材料。
In order to probe the in situ continuity of epidermal gap junctional intercellular communication(GJIC),serial spatially relayed carboxyfluorescein injections controlled under microscopic observation of the extents of cell to cell spread of the injected dye were performed on 12 healthy skin samples from 7 aborted 5 to 8 month old human embryos.It was found that in deep epidermis GJIC continuity along Ren meridian at chest and abdomen levels already existed as early as at the embryo age of 6.5 months but established about one month later along Liver meridian on medial side of upper segment of leg when no such continuity could as yet be detected on both sides of the Liver meridian. These results suggest a close relationship between epidermal GJIC and formation of meridians in human body and the usefullness of studying emgryonic epidermal GJIC for elucidation of the essence of meridians.
