厦门市交通领域低碳发展策略研究

The Strategies of Low-carbon development in Transportation Field in Xiamen

低碳交通是通过对运输结构和运输效率的优化,最大程度地减少碳排放总量,创建以低碳交通系统为主导的交通发展方式和城市土地利用格局,是低碳城市建设的重要部分。本文探索交通领域的低碳发展模式,从规划性减碳、结构性减碳、技术性减碳、制度性减碳、消费者减碳等五个方面提出低碳交通的发展策略。

Low-carbon transportation is defined as optimizing of the structure and efficiency of transportation,minimizing carbon emissions,creating a new mode of transport development and land use oriented by low carbon transport system.It is an important part of the construction of low-carbon city.This paper explored the mode of low-carbon transportation development,described five strategies for low-carbon transportation development such as planning,structure,technique,institution and consumer choice.
