摘要 目的获取骨性泪道各项CT测量数值,并分析年龄、性别因素对其的影响。方法对88例被检者进行64层螺旋CT容积扫描,测量分析骨性泪道各项数据。结果骨性泪道上口前后径为(5.4±1.2)mm、左右径为(4.6±0.9)mm;中点前后径为(4.8±1.0)mm、左右径为(4.1±1.0)mm;下口前后径为(6.7±1.4)mm、左右径为(4.8±1.0)mm,长度为(13.5±2.9)mm;与鼻底平面交角为(69.6±7.2)°。分性别比较,男性骨性泪道较女性略长;分年龄比较,老年组骨性泪道上口及中点前后径较青年组及中年组大。结论 64层螺旋CT容积扫描及后处理技术是准确测量骨性泪道的可靠方法。 Objective To depict the parameters of the bony lacrimal duct and to evaluate how they are affected by sex and age.Methods Eighty-eight patients were analyzed by 64-detector spiral CT,with the parameters of bony lacrimal duct detected,including the anteroposterior and transverse diameters of top,midpoint and bottom of bony lacrimal duct,the length,and the angle between the bony canal and the nasal floor.Results The top anteroposterior diameter,top transverse diameter,midpoint anteroposterior diameter,midpoint transverse diameter,bottom anteroposterior diameter,bottom transverse diameter,the length,and the angle between the canal and the nasal floor were(5.4±1.2) mm,(4.6±0.9) mm,(4.8±1.0) mm,(4.1±1.0) mm,(6.7±1.4) mm,(4.8±1.0) mm,(13.5±2.9) mm,and(69.6±7.2)°,respectively.Male has a significantly longer canal.Conclusion 64-detectors spiral CT can serve as a reliable method to measure the bony lacrimal duct.
