摘要
目的探讨黏液型铜绿假单胞菌的耐药性,为临床治疗提供参考。方法对分离出的22株黏液型铜绿假单胞菌用K-B法进行体外药敏检测,并进行统计分析。结果黏液型铜绿假单胞菌对美洛培南、亚胺培南、派拉西林/他唑巴坦、敏感率较高﹙均为100%﹚,头孢吡肟为95.45%、庆大霉素、左旋氧氟沙星为90.91%、阿米卡星为86.36%、环丙沙星为77.27%、头孢他啶为68.18%、派拉西林为59.09%、头孢派酮为54.54%。结论黏液型铜绿假单胞菌体外耐药性较弱,但因其存在生物膜,体内用药时耐药率较高,因此临床培养鉴定出铜绿假单胞菌时,应注意是否为黏液型,以便临床医生选择合适的药物进行治疗。
Objective To investigate the drug resistance of Pseudomonas aexuginosa and provide guidance for clinical treatment.Methods Twenty-two strains of Pseudomonas aexuginosa were tested their drug resistance by K-B method and analyzed by statistical method.Results Pseudomonas aexuginosa was 100% sensitive to Meropenem,Imipenem,Piperacillin/Tazobactam,95.45% sensitive to Cefepime,90.9% sensitive to Gentamycin and Levofloxacin,86.36% sensitive to Amikacin,77.27% sensitive to Ciprofloxacin,68.18% sensitive to Ceftazidime,59.09% sensitive to Piperacillin,and 54.54% sensitive to Cefoperazone.Conclusion Drug resistance of Pseudomonas aexuginosa is low in vitro but high in vivo because of its biological membane.It is important to identify Pseudomonas aexuginosa in order to guide physicians to choose the appropriate drugs.
