摘要
在大渡河干流水电规划调整的基础上,为进一步合理利用水力资源、减少淹没损失、降低开发难度,研究了水电梯级开发方式,确定了大渡河金川至丹巴河段采用安宁+巴底+丹巴三级开发,深溪沟(以下)至沙坪河段采用枕头坝一级+枕头坝二级+沙坪一级+沙坪二级四级开发的方案,使得原规划的巴底、丹巴、枕头坝、沙坪梯级的经济指标有所降低、投资增加,但使原本认为开发难度极大、实施非常困难的梯级极大增加了可行性;在开发方式研究过程中,秉承了合理开发利用的理念,不单纯追求经济效益,尽量避免或减少对环境的不利影响、减少移民搬迁,以便更为科学合理地利用水力资源。
Based on the hydropower planning adjustment of Daduhe main river,development model of cascade hydropower is discussed to further rational use of water resources,reduce inundation loss and development difficulty.The Jinchuan~Danba reach of Dadu river is developed by Aning,Badi,Danba hydropower stations;and the Shenxigou~Shaping reach of Dadu river is developed by Zhentouba I,Zhentouba II,Shaping I,Shaping II hydropower stations,which makes the economic indicators reducing and investment increasing,enhance the feasibility of cascade hydropower with difficulty of development and hard implementation.The important spirits are incarnated by the optimizing Dadu river cascade hydropower development model: rational exploitation,not seeking economic benefit only,more helpful to environment,reducing immigrant,which makes water resource utilizing more scientifically.
