复旦大学附属公共卫生临床中心2010年前3个季度抗微生物药物基本药物用药分析

Analysis of the utilization of the national essential antimicrobial agents at Public Health Clinical Center affiliated to Fudan University in first three quarters in 2010

目的:分析我院2010年前3个季度抗微生物药物基本药物的用药现状,为推进基本药物在医院的应用提供参考。方法:通过《医院信息系统》收集我院2010年前3个季度抗微生物药物的出库数量和金额,并进行数据分析。结果:在我院使用的抗微生物药物中,包含国家基本药物21种,占全部抗微生物药物的27.63%;包含上海市基本药物31种,占全部抗微生物药物的40.79%。结论:我院抗微生物药物基本药物使用较少,需加强非基本药物中青霉素类、氨基糖苷类抗生素的使用管理,使上海市基本药物目录能更好地覆盖上海医院用药。

Objective： To analyze the utilization of the national essential drugs at our hospital in order to provide a reference for the clinically rational drug usage. Methods： Via Hospital Information System,the consumption and the price of the antimicrobial agents were obtained and analyzed. Results： During the first three quarters in 2010,21 varieties of antimicrobial agents used in the hospital accounted for 27.63% of the total varieties of the national essential antimicrobial agents,and 31 accounted for 40.79% of the varieties of the Shanghai essential antimicrobial agents in terms of consumption sum. Conclusion： The consumption of the essential antimicrobial agents in this hospital was not satisfactory. It is urgent to take close control of the use of such non-essential agents as penicillins and aminoglycosides.
