摘要
以0.5μl胶原酶生理盐水从右侧内囊处注入制造大鼠脑出血模型,观察还元注射液对急性脑出血大鼠血肿周围区域脑组织乳酸、Ca^(2+)、超氧化物歧化酶(SOD)、丙二醛(MDA)等含量的影响,并与清开灵注射液作对照。结果表明模型对照组乳酸、Ca^(2+)、MDA等含量均明显高于正常对照组和手术对照组(P均<0.01),SOD活性明显低于正常对照组和手术对照组(P均<0.01);还元治疗组和清开灵对照组乳酸、Ca^(2+)、MDA等含量均显著低于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01),SOD活性均显著高于模型对照组(P<0.05或P<0.01);在降低MDA含量方面。还元治疗组作用优于清开灵对照组(P<0.05)。
