脑卒中后阻塞性睡眠呼吸紊乱的体位干预 被引量：1

摘要 近年研究表明50%～70%脑卒中合并睡眠呼吸紊乱,而90℅的患者为阻塞性睡眠呼吸暂停（obstructive sleep ap-pnea,OSA）。2011年美国心脏及卒中协会已将睡眠呼吸紊乱列为卒中一级预防的危险因素[1]。OSA既为脑卒中的独立危险因素,又可因卒中而加重或并发。,脑卒中合并OSA患者神经功能缺损重[2～5],住院及康复时间长[6],甚至死亡率增加[5]。持续气道正压通气（Continuous positive airwaypressure CPAP）,能有效改善患者睡眠呼吸紊乱,进而显著改善卒中患者预后,但因费用高、
