摘要
台湾的师资培育体制经历了由单纯的政府主导、计划管制向多元、开放、自由的市场导向转变的历程,促进了当地师资培育工作的有序和繁荣发展。台湾地区以市场调节与行政规范相结合的师资培育制度,对于改革与发展我国大陆地区的教师培育体制、建设新时期社会发展所需要的新型教师和新型学校,对于进一步推动我国由"定向型"师范体系向多元的"开放性"师资培育制度的发展有积极的借鉴作用。
Teacher training system in Taiwan has developed from government-led regulation mode to open and free market-oriented mode,which has brought the orderly and prosperous development of the teacher training system in Taiwan.The market regulation combined with administrative-management,has significant implications for the innovating and developing the teacher training system in mainland from perspectives of constructing new teachers and schools for new social development,and propelling the change from "directional type" to multiple "open type".
