摘要
高校青年教师岗前培训是国家加强高等学校教师队伍建设、保证提高教师整体素质的重要举措。而作为青年教师培训体系重要组成部分的培训评估体系却存在着重结果轻过程、评价指标不健全等问题。因此,相关评估体系的构建是高校教师教育的一个重大课题。以CIPP模型和柯式模型为向导,对高校青年教师岗前培训过程进行全面系统的分析,尝试探索构建培训评估体系,以切实提高培训的质量。
Pre-service teacher training the in universities is an important phase to strengthen the construction of teacher team and improve the teachers' overall quality.The evaluation system in China,has some problems,such as focusing more on results than process,and imperfect evaluation index system.This paper discusses the process of evaluation system of young teachers in the universities by using CIPP model and Kirkpatrick's model,and puts forward the conception of the evaluation system of teacher training so as to improve the teacher training quality.
